How We Work
Our editorial standards, in plain terms.
Sourcing & Attribution
When a story is based on a press release, an official statement, or another outlet's reporting, we say so. Original reporting is clearly distinguished from aggregated or wire coverage.
Verification
Before publication, claims of fact are checked against primary sources — official statements, direct quotes, or named eyewitnesses — wherever possible. Live coverage of fast-moving events is clearly labeled as such, since early details can change.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we don't quietly edit it away. Every correction is logged directly on the article it affects, with a timestamp and a plain description of what changed — visible to every reader, not just the ones who happened to read it first.
